norman rourke pryme were appointed for the refurbishment of the existing reception (including rear car park entry lobby and rear staircase to 1st floor), new lighting, suspended ceiling and fan coil units to vacant 2nd floor office space and refurbishment of lift lobbies. The works were carried out whilst all tenants remained in occupation.
