This project was procured via a two stage competitive tender using JCT Standard Form of Building Contract without Quantities 2005.

The works comprised the replacement of external facades with ‘Jura’ limestone and ‘Technical’ windows, stripping out and refurbishment of office cores including new toilets and staircase finishes, new extended reception area with ‘Planar’ glass, stone flooring and walnut panelling, refurbishment of lifts and mechanical and electrical services renewed including new VRV system.
