norman rourke pryme are appointed for the Project Management and Contract Administration of the conversion of existing office accommodation into a new single residential house for the owner with a high quality finish to be achieved with bespoke kitchen fittings and integrated appliances, granite worktops, bespoke joinery cupboards and fitted furniture, bathroom units with marble tiling, etc.
The project comprises of basement – fifth floor including new basement, kitchen, laundry, gym, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, cinema room, study, library, dining room, first floor dining room and 6 bedrooms most with en-suite. The construction includes the underpinning of the existing structure and adjoining properties to enable the existing basement to be lowered and the swimming pool to be further
excavated and the removal and replacement of the existing roof structure, including the extending of the rear of the premises and provision of an enclosed garden space.
The project has Grade II listing for the retention of internal floors, walls and
fireplaces and main staircase and includes obtaining consent from the freeholders,
